At Nidra108, I look beyond the surface of tension.
It is never simply about easing tight shoulders or releasing hips that feel restricted. It is about understanding why the body is holding that tension in the first place.
Is it physical exertion?
Or is the body responding to stress, overwhelm, exhaustion, or a nervous system that has been in “fight or flight” for too long?
Often, we assume we need strong pressure because the body feels tight or sore. Yet in many cases, what the body truly needs is something far gentler - slow, rhythmic, intentional touch that signals safety.
A reminder to the nervous system:
You can soften now.
You are safe here.
When the body feels safe, it begins to release.
Not only through technique, but through trust.
There are, of course, moments where deeper, more targeted pressure is beneficial — particularly in specific areas of persistent tension. But this rarely requires an entire treatment of intensity.
There are other moments when a soft push or pull is needed, assisted stretching or gentle mobility work -techniques that allow your limbs to move with no energy or effort from you.
For this reason, I intuitively weave together multiple therapeutic approaches within a single session. This ensures your treatment responds to your whole system — muscular, nervous, and energetic — rather than addressing only one layer.

Swedish body massage
Where it all started, and where the foundations of my massage therapies lie, Swedish body massage uses a series of techniques to stimulate blood circulation, slow our heart rate, soothe aches and pains and induce a state of calm and rest.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a therapy I chose to study so I could support my clients beyond relaxation alone.
While rest and nervous system regulation are foundational, there are times when the body calls for more focused, deliberate work — particularly in areas holding persistent tightness or long-standing tension.
Deep tissue techniques allow me to work with precision, addressing these deeper layers thoughtfully and effectively, while still anchoring the treatment in calm and care.

Lymphatic Drainage
A soft light, rhythmic treatment that supports the body’s natural detoxification and renewal. Manual Lymphatic drainage encourages healthy circulation and reduces puffiness - especially beneficial for during pregnancy, post surgery, and injury recovery. It also enhances skin health, improves immune functions & hormone health as well as restoring a sense of inner clarity and lightness.
Aromatherapy
Carefully chosen essential oils work in harmony with therapeutic touch, supporting both the physical body and the emotional landscape.
You may choose from thoughtfully pre-blended combinations, or we can create a bespoke blend tailored to what you need in that moment — whether that is calm, uplift, clarity, grounding, or restoration.
As the aromas unfold, they gently influence the nervous system, helping the body soften and the mind become still.

Indian Head Massage
Rooted in a 2,000-year-old Ayurvedic tradition, Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic treatment focused on the head, neck, face and shoulders.
This deeply calming ritual helps to relieve stress, tension headaches and anxiety, while improving circulation to the scalp and encouraging healthy hair growth. Gentle techniques also support lymphatic drainage, aiding the removal of toxins, improving sleep quality, and restoring natural energy levels.
