Meet the person behind nidra108.

About Kirsty - Founder of Nidra108

Nidra108 began with a quiet but powerful intention — to bring ease into people’s lives.

In a world that rarely slows down, I wanted to create a space where rest is not rushed, where nervous systems can soften, and where massage therapy feels both accessible and deeply considered.

My journey began in 2019 with my Level 3 qualification in Body Massage. What started as professional training quickly became something far more meaningful, a calling to support people not only physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

In 2020, I added Lash Lift & Tint to my offerings, allowing me to support clients in feeling confident and cared for in different ways. Shortly after, a period of travel through India with my husband sparked a deep interest in Ayurvedic therapies. Inspired by that experience, I trained in Indian Head Massage just before opening the doors to Nidra108.

As my practice grew, I began to see where support was most needed. Pregnancy massage was sought after but underrepresented locally, so I trained in Pre-Natal Massage to ensure mothers-to-be felt nurtured and safe. Alongside this, I qualified in Holistic Facial treatments, expanding the ways I could offer restoration.

From the very beginning, my goal has been to make massage therapy available to as many people as possible. That is why I continue to expand my knowledge, studying Manual Lymphatic Drainage in greater depth, preparing to train in Oncology Massage and Menopause Massage, and offering teen treatments. Every stage of life deserves thoughtful, skilled touch.

Yoga has long been my personal anchor. I practise most mornings, using movement and breath to recalibrate body and mind. It has supported me through injury, sporting challenges, and personal loss. In April 2026, I will travel to Sri Lanka to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, with the intention of weaving a deeper understanding of breathwork, alignment and nervous system regulation into my treatments.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll most often find me walking winding trails with my three-year-old Golden Retriever, Margoux, who brings both companionship and joy to every adventure. Time spent in nature, beneath open skies and among quiet landscapes, is where I feel most grounded and restored.

I also cherish planning adventures around the world with my husband, discovering new places, cultures, and perspectives together. Exploration, movement, and connection refill my own cup, so I can return to my work present, inspired, and deeply grateful.

My husband and I have spent the last six years renovating our home — the very space where Nidra108 was born and now lives. I have always loved breathing new life into old spaces. In many ways, this mirrors my work: restoring, preserving, and creating sanctuary.

Nidra108 is more than a treatment room.
It is a space built with intention, shaped by experience, and held with care.

And it is a privilege to welcome you into it.
