What’s new?.
Here, you’ll find the latest updates and improvements at Nidra108.
Pricing updates
The first change happening at Nidra108 from the 1st June 2025, is the pricing structure of my body massage treatments.
Instead of offering a premium rate for styles such as Aromatherapy and Deep tissue, I am now offering a flat rate for the treatment length to make it fair and consistent.
This means some treatments will increase in price however others will be reducing slightly.
I’ve also added a 45-minute and 75-minute treatment time to most* massage styles, providing more money and time affordability.
These changes only apply to body massage treatments. Facials, Lash, Brow, and waxing treatments will remain unchanged.
*some treatments only have two or three choices in appointment length.
30 minutes - £37
45 minutes - £45
60 minutes - £53
75 minutes - £60
90 minutes - £70
What will the new prices be?
What styles of massage are available?
Swedish body - traditional ‘Spa’ massage treatment. Swedish body is a relaxing style of massage to help you slow down, switch off, and be present.
Deep Tissue - for those who have tightness, sore muscles, and aches, deep tissue penetrates deeper into the muscle helping to relieve all of the above.
Aromatherapy - using preblended, or creating a unique blend of essential oils to help to target and address any problems you have.
Indian Head - a treatment combining massage on the back, shoulders, neck, scalp & face. Specific techniques are used, depending on the desired outcome to help release tension and stress throughout the mind, body, and soul.
Pre-natal - a beautifully relaxing treatment for during pregnancy. While the client lays in a safe and comfortable position, aches, and pains are tended to with a healing touch.
Stretch & Align - a hybrid of Swedish body and deep tissue, with assisted stretching and a bit of yoga-style asanas in there, this is a fully restorative massage tending to the whole body, head-to-toe.
Cancellation policy
It’s every therapists most dreaded topic, but short-notice cancellations and no-shows are a very real thing in the massage and beauty industry.
My cancellation policy has always been very lenient, but with an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, it’s starting to trip me up and leave me out of pocket.
I don’t want to introduce deposits, but I do need to tighten my policy to better protect myself and hopefully encourage more considered appointment changes.
Currently, any cancellation within 48 hours will incurr a 30% charge of the cost of the appointment. No-shows are charged 50%.
From the 1st June, this will change to 50% for cancellations within 48 hours and 100% of the appointment cost for no-shows.
If an appointment isn’t confirmed with a bank card by 48 hours prior to the appointment, I will remove the appointment from my booking system.
I’ve always allowed cancellations prior to 48 hours before the appointment, without a charge applied. I think this is a reasonable time frame to notify me and still gives me time to fill that space - this will remain the same.
